1. License Grant
Upon full payment of the applicable one-time fee, SKACOLLECTION grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use SKA POS for your own business operations.
2. Restrictions
You may not: resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software; distribute the Software or license keys to third parties; remove or alter any proprietary notices; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where permitted by law; or use the Software to build a directly competing product.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. SKACOLLECTION retains all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
4. Updates
Your license entitles you to free updates to the Software as they are released, for as long as the product is actively maintained.
5. Term & Termination
This license is perpetual unless terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
6. No Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall our total liability arising from this EULA exceed the amount you paid for your license.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
