This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for SKA POS are handled. A free demo is available before purchase so you can evaluate the software on your own computer — we encourage everyone to try the demo first.

1. Digital Product Notice

Because SKA POS is a digital product delivered instantly after payment, all sales are generally final once the license and download link have been delivered, except as described below.

2. When a Refund May Be Requested

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if: you were charged more than once for the same order, you did not receive your download link or license key and we were unable to resolve delivery within a reasonable time, or the software has a demonstrable defect that prevents core functionality (checkout, product management, or reporting) from working and our support team is unable to resolve it.

3. What Is Not Covered

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after extended use, incompatibility with hardware that was not verified against our System Requirements page beforehand, or issues caused by modifying, tampering with, or misusing the software.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at Contact@skacollection.com or via WhatsApp with your Gumroad order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Gumroad back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
