SKA POS is a point of sale desktop application for Windows, sold under a lifetime license for a one-time payment. Features described on this website reflect the current version of the software and may be improved or changed in future updates.
2. Purchases & Payment
All purchases are processed through Gumroad. By purchasing, you agree to Gumroad's applicable terms in addition to these Terms. Prices are shown in USD and may be changed at any time for future purchases; changes do not affect licenses already purchased.
3. License Grant
Subject to payment and these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for your own business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use the software to build a competing product. Full license terms are set out in our End User License Agreement (EULA).
4. Updates & Support
Your license includes free lifetime updates to the software and lifetime technical support for reasonable use-related questions and issues, provided through email and WhatsApp during normal business hours.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the software or this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent license restrictions, or to interfere with the security or normal operation of the software or website.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title and interest in SKA POS, including its source code, design, and branding, remain the exclusive property of SKACOLLECTION.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and this website are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep the product reliable and accurate, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. See our Disclaimer page for more detail.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SKACOLLECTION shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software or this website, including loss of sales data, profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
9. Termination
We may suspend support or access to updates if you materially breach these Terms, such as by redistributing or reselling the software without authorization.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country provide otherwise.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the software or website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
